3. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you contact us, complete our website form, meet with us, or enter into an engagement or confidentiality arrangement with us.

We may also collect business contact information from other sources, such as professional networking platforms (including LinkedIn), company websites, public registers, industry events and introductions from trusted contacts.   • professional advisers involved in a transaction, such as lawyers, accountants, technical consultants and brokers;

  • government bodies, regulators or others where required or authorised by law.

6. Communications and opting out

We may contact you about opportunities, services or developments that are relevant to your interests. We keep this discreet and targeted. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to our message or emailing us, and we will action your request promptly.

7. Overseas disclosure

We work with international investors and partners. As a result, personal information may be disclosed to recipients outside Australia, including in the United Arab Emirates and other Middle Eastern countries, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United States and other countries where our clients or counterparties are located. Some of our service providers may also store data overseas.

Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the APPs, including through confidentiality arrangements.

8. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access is limited to people who need it, and we use secured systems with password and access controls.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de identify it.

9. Website and cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep it functioning, secure and performing well. Where non essential cookies are used, you can manage your preferences through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
